State Techs, or State Technicians, are employees who work for state governments, often within the National Guard or other state agencies. They provide technical, administrative, and support services in areas like maintenance, logistics, and information technology. State Techs typically hold dual status as both civilian employees and military members, allowing them to support military operations while maintaining state employment benefits.
