Essential Job Duties
Serve as Executive Assistant to Head Women's Basketball Coach. Primary duties are as follows:
  • Handle phone calls, mail, calendar, and correspondence for Head Basketball Coach.
  • Make necessary travel arrangements for coaches and recruits on official visits.
  • Process travel reimbursements and invoices.
  • Purchase card reconciliation and purchase orders in financial system.
  • Interact in a professional and courteous manner with fans, students, athletes, media, recruits, and University and Athletic Administrators.
  • Assist with event planning and hosting.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.

  • Other duties as assigned by Head Coach and Administration.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education
High School diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or graduation with an associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience and knowledge of NCAA & ACC compliance.
  • Experience directly supporting a high level manager, director or executive. This includes calendar administration, event planning and hosting and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Experience in an collegiate or professional athletic environment.
