Job description

Job Title

Previous Govt. client with Healthcare or HHIS experience mandatory

3โ€“5 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, including enterprise-level projects. Proven experience with healthcare or HHS data in a public sector or government setting. Strong knowledge of relational, hierarchical, and Big Data modeling concepts. Proficiency with Erwin or similar data modeling and metadata management tools. Familiarity with data integration, interoperability standards, and data quality frameworks. Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including storage, security, and governance.

We're looking for a self-motivated team member who can work independently in a fully remote Agile environment - someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and drives progress without needing close supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certification in Data Architecture or Data Modeling is a plus. Experience working in agile environments and contributing to strategic data initiatives.
