I've been serving State Farm customers for over 35 years, including 18 years as an agency owner. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do. We sponsor Chaparral High School Girls' Soccer and Heritage High School Girls' Softball teams, and I serve on the business curriculum advisory board at Thomas Jefferson High School, where we've hosted interns for the past three years. Our agency also donates to and supports organizations like the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Kidney Foundation Walk, and We Do Not Waste Food Bank.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Slater - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
