Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

If you are motivated by performance and want to be rewarded for your work, this Account Representative opportunity with Paul Little State Farm offers a base pay structure plus commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

  • An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
  • Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Time) working hours
  • Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
  • A positive teammate who takes coaching well
