Location: Eagan, Burnsville, Shakopee, or St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Morning and evening shifts available (6โ€“8 hours/day)
Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal (August through late September)


Join Our Team This Fair and Festival Season!

Schmitty & Sons is hiring friendly, reliable individuals aged 18 and older to assist at our transit stations during two of Minnesotaโ€™s most iconic events:

  • Minnesota State Fair (12 days in late Augustโ€“early September)

  • Minnesota Renaissance Festival (weekends through the end of September)

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the excitement while helping our community travel safely and smoothly.


What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Greet and assist passengers at transit stations in Eagan, Burnsville, Shakopee, and St. Paul

  • Provide information about bus fares and schedules

  • Help customers navigate purchasingย bus tickets

  • Offer hands-on support with folding strollers as passengers board

  • Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient boarding experience


What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist passengers as needed

  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Availability for morning or evening shifts (7โ€“8 hours/day) during scheduled event days
