State Clients typically refer to individuals, organizations, or entities that receive services, support, or benefits from a state government or its agencies. The term is commonly used in public administration to describe the relationship between the government and those it serves. State Clients may also refer to software components in computer science that interact with stateful services, but in the context of government, it usually means recipients of state services.
