About the Roleย 

We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager, Startup Ecosystem to drive execution across Nebius' startup-driven initiatives turning ecosystem strategy into high-impact, scalable outcomes.ย 

This role sits at the center of our ecosystem motion, owningย end-to-end delivery and coordination of key initiativesย across the Startup & Venture organization and broader GTM teams. This roleย will report directly to theย VP ofย Globalย Startup Ecosystem.ย 

This is not a traditional project management role - you willย operateย as aย strategic planner and executor, ensuring ecosystem efforts are structured, aligned, and executed with rigor.ย 

ย Whatย You'llย Doย 

Lead End-to-End Execution of Strategic Initiativesย 

  • Drive execution of key ecosystem initiatives across the four core pillars within the Startup & Venture organizationย 
  • Own timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept launch post-mortemย 
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail and qualityย 
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in aย structured, repeatable, and scalable wayย 

Ecosystem Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignmentย 

  • Own alignment across ecosystem initiatives and GTM motions to ensureย cohesive execution across teamsย 
  • Act as theย central orchestratorย across Sales, Marketing, Verticals, BDR, Channels, Product, and regional teamsย 
  • Ensure initiatives are not run in silos, but as part of aย coordinated, multi-touch systemย 
  • Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts across initiatives to maximize impactย 
  • Drive execution cadence, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholdersย 
  • Identifyย overlaps, gaps, and sequencing issues - and resolve them proactivelyย 
  • Remove blockers and ensure initiatives move forward efficientlyย 

Translate Strategy into Executionย 

  • Work closely with leadership to operationalize ecosystem strategy intoย clear, actionable project plansย 
  • Break down ambiguous goals into structured workflows, milestones, and ownershipย 
  • Bring rigor, clarity, and accountability to execution in fast-moving environmentsย 
  • Ensure consistency in how initiatives are planned and executed across teams and regionsย 

Enable Pipeline Through Ecosystem Initiativesย 

  • Partner withย internal teams (Venture, community, industry), Sales, and BDRs to ensure initiatives areย designed and executed to support pipeline generation and deal accelerationย 
  • Ensure clear ownership and handoffs across teamsย and improve visibility and coordination across the funnel:ย 
  • Track how opportunities are sourced and progress across stagesย 
  • Identifyย breakdowns in conversion and engagementย 
  • Align with GTM teams on:ย 
  • Target accounts andย quarterlyย prioritiesย 
  • Consistent messaging and outreach across touchpointsย 
  • Continuously refine how ecosystem initiatives translate intoย high-quality, well-coordinated opportunitiesย

Who You Areย 

  • 7-10+ years of experience inย Project management,ย Program Management,ย GTM operationsย in tech companiesย 
  • Strong executor withย a track recordย of delivering complex, cross-functional initiativesย 
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving environmentsย 
  • Deep understanding of:ย 
  • Startup and VC ecosystemย 
  • GTM and pipeline generationย 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsย 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyย 
  • Proficiencyย in project management toolsย
