Job description

We're hiring a Nutrition Leader to help us redefine healthy aging.
At Total Life, we believe longevity is built through daily habits, meaningful support, and integrated care. Nutrition is one of the core pillars of our longevity platform, and we're looking for someone excited to help build the future of evidence-based wellness for older adults.
This is not a traditional nutrition role.
We're looking for a forward-thinking clinical leader who wants to:
• Build what they wish existed
• Push the status quo in healthcare and aging
• Design innovative programs that improve lives at scale
• Collaborate deeply with therapists, physicians, care coordinators, and wellness teams
• Blend patient care with systems thinking and operational excellence
• Use technology to create better, more accessible care experiences
You'll help shape one of the 5 pillars of our longevity program - creating impactful nutrition experiences, supporting patients directly, helping develop scalable care models, and improving outcomes across our population.
We're building a world where aging is not something people fear - but something they feel empowered to navigate with support, dignity, and purpose.
If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD) or qualified nutrition professional eligible to bill Medicare for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services ()
• Loves working with older adults and understands the unique intersection between nutrition, mood, cognition, mobility, and chronic disease
• Is operationally minded and can turn ideas into systems and workflows
• Is energized by startup environments and mission-driven work
• Is comfortable with telehealth, technology platforms, and digital care delivery
• Wants to help shape the future of behavioral health and longevity care
Benefits
Why join Total Life?
Because we're not just hiring someone to fill a role - we're looking for someone who wants to help build the future of longevity care.
What we offer:
• Flexible hourly role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position
• Clear path for promotions and expanded leadership responsibilities as we scale
• Potential equity opportunities for individuals with an ownership mindset who want to build long-term impact
• The chance to help design and shape innovative nutrition and longevity programs from the ground up
• A collaborative interdisciplinary care team environment with therapists, physicians, behavioral health leaders, and wellness innovators
• Mission-driven work improving the lives of older adults across the country
• A fast-moving, forward-thinking company that values initiative, creativity, and operational excellence
• Remote flexibility and technology-enabled care delivery
• The opportunity to challenge outdated models of aging and help create what healthcare should look like
We want builders.
People who see gaps in the system and get excited to create better solutions.
People who care deeply about outcomes, innovation, and human connection.
People who believe aging can be healthier, more vibrant, and more supported.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
