The Opportunity
We're hiring a Communications Manager to elevate Woven Capital's brand story and support our portfolio companies through strategic storytelling, media relations and content development.

You'll partner with the investment team and portfolio company leaders on funding announcements, thought leadership and strategic communications that connect our innovation story with key stakeholders. You'll support our content strategy across social and internal platforms, shaping major brand moments and narratives that showcase how emerging technologies are advancing Toyota's transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute integrated communications programs across global markets 
  • Shape content strategy that showcases portfolio companies and industry insights
  • Design and produce programming and events that engage stakeholders and advance Toyota's innovation narrative
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with media outlets, industry influencers and stakeholders
  • Support internal communication efforts across Toyota stakeholders
  • Manage social media strategy and content development  
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media 
  • Knowledge of the VC ecosystem and startup communications needs
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling communication programs, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across corporate partners, portfolio companies, and media
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for innovation and Toyota's mission
For positions based in Palo Alto, CA; Brooklyn, NY; and Seattle, WA, the base pay ranges from $119,600 to $180,000 per year.

Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. We offer a base salary, short term and long term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
