Position Description:

We will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings.   • Experience is NOT required. We have superb training and ongoing professional development, focused on growing your referral-based clientele base. We also assist with the licensure process (3-10 days to study and pass the state exam) and offer full reimbursement for licensure expenses ($200-300).
  • Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and AM Best.
  • Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
  • Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
  • Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.

  • You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.

  • $70,000 - $100,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
