In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), you will engage directly with clients in various therapeutic settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead therapeutic group sessions that encourage open dialogue, peer support, and shared experiences among clients, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling tailored to the specific needs of clients, guiding them as they explore personal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual aspirations and address their mental health challenges.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools to track clients' progress towards their goals, implementing adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in conjunction with our diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care through regular communication and case coordination.

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health or mood disorders. Your interventions will cater to their unique developmental needs and challenges, focusing on building resilience and effective coping skills in both group and individual situations.

• Current LPCC licensure in the state of California is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• At least 1 year of experience working with clients in mental health settings, including outpatient or residential programs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models and a strong understanding of mental health disorders.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
