What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism

  • Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Collect data and complete session documentation

  • Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

  • Travel to client homes and community-based service locations

  • Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification through the BACB

  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, Mental Health Technician, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Aide, or Direct Support Professional

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Passion for working with children

  • Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician certification
