Job description

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 31-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Allegan, MI. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits including women's health, & Occupational Medicine issues including Worker's Compensation evaluations and follow-up visits. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is staffed with providers, a Medical Assistant, and a receptionist. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Occupational Medicine experience is also preferred; Women's Health experience is a plus, as is Athena EMR experience. Clinic also has PRN shifts available on September 8, 10, & 30 and October 2.
