In this role, you'll bring that same patient-first experience to both the clinic and the race track, with a primary focus on supporting SoundGear products and hearing-health needs tied to racing-related events. You'll administer hearing evaluations, recommend and fit appropriate Starkey technology including SoundGear hearing protection, provide counseling and follow-up care, and contribute to a successful, profitable office, while also representing the brand at select evenings & weekends to engage customers and ensure an exceptional experience wherever patients interact with Starkey & SoundGear.

This role is an employment opportunity with Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. (referred to as "Starkey Retail"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Starkey Laboratories, Inc. All Starkey Retail positions are covered under Northland Hearing Centers, Inc.'s benefit and compensation programs.
Schedule: Schedule is subject to change based on events and business need. Typical schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (In Clinic). Occasional evening and weekends for events required.
Hours: This will be a part-time (Varies from 24 - 30 hours per week), hourly paid position with the potential for full time employment.

You Will
  • Ensure Patient Journey Experience is top priority
  • Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Starkey sales protocol
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
  • Oversee new and retention marketing efforts for office, in coordination with National Marketing staff

You Will Need
  • State licensure - in good standing
  • Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
  • Ability to organize and execute a plan
  • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Pay Transparency:
The target rate for this position is between $30.00 / hr - $35.70 / hr.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
