Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our General Surgery Physician you will, l ead and innovate surgical care within Dickinson, North Dakota, serving as a pillar of our medical community and shaping surgical offerings for a vast service area. We are offering a generous base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance, in addition to additional productivity and performance incentives for those who meet the eligibility requirements.

Opportunity Details:

  • Generous compensation $517,270

  • Quality and Productivity bonus eligibility

  • Paid relocation up to $15,000

  • Starting loan up to 10% of base salary

  • Schedule: 3 Clinic Days; 2 Operating Room Days

  • Call: 1 in 3

  • EMR: Allscripts-clinic; Meditech-hospital

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

  • Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery

  • Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota

  • Strong clinical skills with experience in General Surgery

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to women and families
