What You'll Do
• Prepare and submit PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System) files through the TSDS (Texas Student Data System).
• Maintain attendance and student records.
• Support state testing programs and compliance activities.
• Train staff and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Serve as a resource regarding data integrity and assessment procedures.
What We're Looking For
• Three or more years of experience supporting PEIMS, TSDS, SIS, attendance accounting, testing coordination, or school compliance.
• Knowledge of Texas Education Data Standards and attendance accounting.
• Experience supporting state assessment programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data integrity skills.
Highly Preferred
• K-12 school, charter school, or public school district experience.
• Knowledge of TEA reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting state assessment programs and compliance.
