You Are:

  • A good driver with a driving record to prove it. You dont speed, youre cautious ESPECIALLY with other peoples property. You can also drive a standard transmission. Vroom, vroom!
  • Good under pressure. You dont fold and get overwhelmed easily. Instead, you prefer chaos so you can kick its butt.
  • Good at communicating and have the ability to speak, read, write in English.
  • A team player. Youre open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends is a must.
  • Able to work 5:00pm - 1:00pm shifts as needed.
  • Flexible to work events with prior notice.
  • Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
  • Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
