As Director of Regional Sales, you will lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple branches. You will accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and drive commercial excellence while partnering closely with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities.

What You'll Own:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share
Partner with VP of Sales to expand footprint and unlock growth opportunities
Build relationships with key customers and participate in executive business reviews
Drive performance through KPIs focused on profitability, service, and sales quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Category Management
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams

What You Bring:

10+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibility
4+ years of people management experience
Proven ability to drive growth in a multi-location environment
Strong financial acumen and performance management skills

Additional Details:

Travel up to 25%
Office-based with time in branches and customer sites
Must be authorized to work for Sonepar/Standard Electric without sponsorship now or in the future

Must reside within the Warren / Detroit area
