Job description

Objective

This position is responsible for developing the dealership’s standard jobs and repair options in a manner that promotes customer satisfactions, increased market share, and profitability.

Responsibilities 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze available data to create standard jobs and repair options. Identify standard job problems and causes. Determine corrective actions and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
  • Conduct audits to ensure we maintain proper repair scope and product offerings
  • Interact with sales and product support personnel to promote high confidence, comfort, and utilization of standard jobs and repair options
  • Discuss with product support sales reps, machine sales reps, technicians, and service management to identify their needs, promote utilization of standard jobs, repair options, and additional ways that this position can offer support

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No formal responsibility for supervising others
Qualifications

Position Requirements

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years of experience in data analytics
  • 3 or more years of experience with heavy equipment or related field (diesel engines, agriculture equipment, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree with a business related concentration
  • 3 or more years of experience in data analytics
  • 5 or more years of experience with heavy equipment or related field (diesel engines, agriculture equipment, etc.)
