As our CAVA Catering Delivery Driver, you will constantly be in motion delivering mind-blowing meals to our guests. In addition to ensuring the successful execution of all catering orders, you will serve as a brand ambassador ensuring that every interaction with our guests and teammates is one that is friendly, warm and generous. What You'll Do:

  • Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service
  • Successfully run all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintain productivity
  • Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the Restaurant
  • Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
  • Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
  • Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
  • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly

The Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to understand and operate GPS technology and other relevant applications
  • Experience in a customer service, delivery service or Restaurant experience is desired
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • 100% Travel Required & may lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
