Service Agreement Sales Agent Orlando, FL

What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote the value of an annual service agreement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound callslistening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships.
  • Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions.
  • Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards.

  • High school diploma or GED required; 13 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail while navigating computer systems and documenting updates accurately
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain resilience while working toward measurable results
  • Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
