SUMMARY:
If you are a people person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity for you. As Project Coordinator, you will work as a customer liaison to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations
  • Complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-up
  • Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders
  • Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system
  • Creates sales tickets for builders
  • Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed; Complies with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED/College required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
