We are seeking experienced Rigging Millwright Superintendent to lead and oversee rigging and millwright operations on industrial projects. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all rigging and installation activities, while managing crews and coordinating with project stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and direct rigging and millwright crews on-site.
  • Plan and execute rigging operations for heavy equipment installation and removal.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project timelines and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, safety checks, and equipment usage.
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects
  • effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding Faith's productivity goals.
  • Demonstrates successful and consistent usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.
  • Conducts jobsite safety evaluations.
  • Develops and integrates project schedule effectively with other trades.
  • Effectively communicates areas of concern/opportunity to PM in order to maintain or improve margin.
  • Effectively conducts and navigates through difficult conversations resulting in a positive outcome.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
