  • Experience with standard office software (MS Office, Acrobat/Bluebeam), Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a safety mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights on ladders, lifts, and stage grids.
  • A valid driver’s license, and flexibility for travel (up to 75%).
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in motorized hoist and automation systems.
  • Experience in integrating rigging with other performance systems.
What we offer:
  • Competitive base salary based on experience and quarterly discretionary bonus.
  • Insurance benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and more
  • 15 days (120 hours) of paid time off + holidays
  • 401(k) with company match after 6 months
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options
  • Paid industry training and certifications
  • Professional and personal development through TrueU programs
  • Company-sponsored outings, family events, and celebrations
  • The chance to be part of a tight-knit, purpose-driven team
