Reference 2026-2138 Description du poste Famille de metiers Securite/Environnement Intitule du poste Stage Ingenieur(e) qualite production H/F Description de la mission Participez au developpement de la culture qualite de notre usine de cabines passagers et equipages Au sein d'une equipe de 12 personnes, vous contribuerez au deploiement du plan de culture qualite de l'usine de notre usine de cabines.

Cette usine rassemble 400 salaries, majoritairement en production mais aussi en logistique et en conception. Une cabine est produite toutes les 20 minutes : la produire consiste a assembler, cabler et equiper les cabines passagers et equipages de nos bateaux. En partageant votre temps entre le terrain et le bureau, vous travaillerez avec differents metiers de l'entreprise afin d'identifier les besoins, de proposer des outils adaptes et d'accompagner les equipes dans l'amelioration de leurs pratiques.

Vos missions Realiser un etat des lieux des besoins en communication autour de la qualite aupres des differents services de l'usine et preparer des supports adaptes. Analyser les formations qualite proposees aux nouveaux collaborateurs lors de leur arrivee et proposer un format complementaire, en salle et sur le terrain. Accompagner les equipes de production dans l'utilisation des indicateurs de suivi de la qualite afin d'identifier des pistes d'amelioration.

Collaborer avec des interlocuteurs varies pour contribuer au deploiement du plan culture qualite. Stage de 6 mois a partir de janvier 2027. Ce que cette experience vous apportera : Developper votre connaissance des demarches qualite dans un environnement industriel.

Acquerir une experience de conduite de projet en lien avec des equipes de metiers differents. Renforcer vos competences en communication, en analyse et en synthese. Developper votre capacite a accompagner le changement et a transformer des constats en actions concretes.

Profil Vous preparez un diplome de niveau Bac+4 a Bac+5 en genie industriel ou QHSE. Vous appreciez les echanges avec des interlocuteurs varies et savez adapter votre communication a differents publics. Pragmatique, organise(e) et dote(e) d'un bon esprit de synthese, vous aimez comprendre les besoins des equipes pour proposer des solutions concretes.
