Staff Management is searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. This role will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates

  • Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our system
  • Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers' open positions
  • Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner
  • Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
  • Position requires periodic local travel to client sites; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
