Position Summary

The Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for leading recruiting operations, managing key client relationships, overseeing onboarding and compliance, and driving operational excellence. This hands-on leadership role combines recruiting, team development, client service, and operational support to ensure successful staffing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while establishing performance expectations and KPIs.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for industrial and administrative positions.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs.
  • Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for staffing initiatives.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, background screenings, I-9s, E-Verify, and other compliance requirements.
  • Support payroll by reviewing timekeeping, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and government contract requirements.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting strategies, operational processes, and service delivery.


Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience in industrial and/or administrative staffing.
  • Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.
  • Monthly client travel within State of Florida required
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and staffing operations.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting government or public-sector staffing contracts.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, employment compliance, payroll support, and staffing regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent staffing industry experience.
