We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to work as Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department.

The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily, and weekly reporting of Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked. The Staffing Coordinator will assist with activities to include administrative support assisting residents, families, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling and have a current and valid CNA license.
