• Lead the design and implementation of complex features such as domain-specific conversational AI agents for essential public sector domains such as Agriculture and Education..
• Advocate high standards for code quality and system reliability through rigorous design reviews and CI/CD pipelines, on-call health etc.
• Refine open-ended technical problems into tractable projects, generating innovative solutions for scaling and reliability.
• Work as an AI-first SWE demonstrating strong AI-SDLC practices in all aspects such as product requirement articulation, design, implementation, coding and code reviews.
• Demonstrate humility, hunger and smartness. Be the Ideal team player.
