Company & Job Description Overview:
Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is currently searching for a Scheduler to join our team!
Scheduler Responsibilities:
  • Schedule nursing staff in coordination with Director of Nursing or designee to meet the needs of the patients and facility.
  • Communicate the staffing schedule to staff on a timely basis.
  • Fill any vacant shifts through coordination with staff.
  • Ensuring schedules are up to date for Direct Care Staff.
  • Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets.
  • Daily attendance tracking.
  • Other duties as needed.

**Daily Pay Available**
Scheduler Requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience with scheduling staff, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Long Term Care experience is preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, computer proficiency, and being able to multi-task.
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
  • Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
