Cerenity Senior Careย Humboldtย is a prominent leader in eldercare services and housing in Minnesota with top quality systems, management expertise and support. We are recruiting a Staff Development / Infection Control Nurse (RN) for our Humboldt campus. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of staff development and directing the infection control program.

Job Description

A clinically competent, Registered Nurse, who assumes responsibility for the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the staff development program in accordance with current existing federal, state, Cerenity and facility standards.

Qualifications

The qualified applicant will possess a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, in good standing; strong skills in leadership and communication; previous experience in a long term care environment; ability to utilize electronic software such as Achieve, Matrix and Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
