Job description

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Pastry Supervisor to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Pastry Supervisor, you will oversee daily pastry production, supervise and support pastry staff during game days and special events, and ensure all baked goods meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversees daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all events.

  • Supports menu execution by coordinating prep schedules, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring timely completion of game day and special event production.

  • Maintains food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs.

  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary starting at $18/hour commensurate with experience.
