Position Summary
The Guest Experience Event Day Associate - Accessibility plays an essential role in ensuring every guest can comfortably and confidently enjoy their visit to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.


This role focuses on supporting guests who require mobility or accessibility assistance while navigating the stadium. Accessibility associates serve as ambassadors of inclusive hospitality by providing thoughtful assistance, guidance, and transportation support so every guest can fully participate in the excitement of live events.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying active throughout events, moving around the entire stadium, and creating meaningful moments for guests. Additionally, someone in this role is consistent, reliable, and completely comfortable working outside.

This is not a sitting position. You will be allotted breaks during your shifts and able to sit during breaks. However, during your shift the expectation is to be moving around and potentially pushing any person in a wheelchair throughout the stadium.
Key Responsibilities
Accessibility Guest Support

  • Assist guests who require mobility or accessibility support while navigating the stadium

  • Escort guests in wheelchairs safely to and from seating areas, gates, and other stadium locations

  • Provide wheelchair transportation assistance consistently through an event

  • Maintain strong knowledge of accessible routes, seating areas, elevators, and guest service resources throughout the stadium

  • Work outside, assisting guests with accessibility needs to and from the stadium.

Guest Hospitality

  • Greet guests warmly and represent Mercedes-Benz Stadium with professionalism and positivity

  • Proactively identify guests who may need assistance and offer support

  • Resolve guest questions or challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach

  • Collaborate with stadium teams to ensure guests receive timely assistance

Event-Day Execution

  • Remain active throughout events while assisting guests across multiple stadium locations

  • Work effectively in both indoor and outdoor environments, especially in all weather conditions.

  • Maintain awareness of guest flow and event operations

  • Support other Guest Experience initiatives and responsibilities as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able and willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments

  • Ability to assist with wheelchair transportation throughout the stadium

  • Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs for extended periods of time during an event.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 75% all major events consistently throughout the year held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, college football, concerts, etc.

  • Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment.

  • Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guests and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships.

  • Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.

  • Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment and/or working events.
