Stability in an online job depends on factors like a steady client base, long-term contracts, or full-time remote employment. Many people choose Stable Online jobs for flexibility, work-life balance, and financial security.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Stable Online position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Stable Online role (such as managing equine facilities remotely), you need practical knowledge of horse care, facility management, and basic veterinary skills, often gained through hands-on experience or certifications in animal husbandry. Familiarity with stable management software, livestock monitoring tools, and digital scheduling platforms is highly valuable. • Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently with assigned teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build and maintain valued-added relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Contribute to special projects, as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Certifications: CPA certification required.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them to financial reporting and analysis.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment where you can work both autonomously and, in a team-oriented setting.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
    • Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically.
  • Software and Technology: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of accounting G/L software such as Xero, QuickBooks (desktop and online), NetSuite, and Sage Intacct. Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, inventory and SaaS software a plus.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or Elmsford, NY)

Compensation: Highly competitive all-in comp ($100,000 to $130,000)
