We are offering a generous base compensation, starting bonus, relocation assistance and performance incentives to those who qualify. 

Opportunity Details:

  • Must be a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician
  • Experienced in Emergency Medicine 
  • 0.8 FTE - 8 x 12 hour shifts per month (1,152 annual hour requirement)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model

  • Base salary $307,832.80
  • Starting loan up to 10% of base compensation

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in Emergency Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with women, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
