Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our growing Vermont practice at a brand-new office in St. Albans, VT, as part of Four Seasons Dermatology.
Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. Due to continued patient volume and growth, the practice is expanding with a new office in St. Albans, VT. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new location!

Job Description
About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
  • Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
  • Help establish clinical operations and patient care standards at the new St. Albans office.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
  • Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
  • Active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
  • A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment, including the excitement of a new-office launch.
