Job description

Point Solutions Group, a ClearanceJobs company, is seeking a Systems Administrator for our team in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Perform system security administration functions, including managing customer accounts and access through Active Directory
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct system issues across the operating environment
Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded operating systems, third-party software components, and subsystems
Monitor and manage system resources to optimize operating efficiency and performance
Perform custom software installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of IT experience with Windows Active Directory, Windows Server administration, monitoring and configuration tools, VMware, storage solutions, and cross-domain solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
Security+ cert required at start. Either SSCP, CISSP, or CASP+ within 6 months of employment Preferred Qualifications:
