As SRS continues investing in operational innovation and scalable training resources, the Business Services team is expanding the use of AI-driven tools, knowledge bases, and workflow automation to support internal operations and employee development.
Position Summary
The Business Services Intern will support the development of AI-powered knowledge bases, workflow tools, training modules, and internal support resources for the Business Services and Operations teams. This role will assist with organizing operational content, improving onboarding and training materials, and helping streamline workflows using GPT platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related AI technologies.
Primary projects include building AI-powered resources for workflows, policies, procedures, and Apto CRM support, along with developing interactive training and onboarding tools.
