Shift: M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.99/HR on W2

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid/In Office- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday


Role:

  • Administrative Position (training will be provided)
  • Entire Team is based in Office

Position Summary

The Coordinator IIIΒ will assist with the management of the General Carpentry trade for CVS Retail Stores. This role supports daily operations through reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting, violation tracking, and vendor proposal review and approval. Training will be provided, and the entire team is based in the office.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendors and service providers
  • Support service level adjustments (SLAs)
  • Monitor compliance and vendor performance
  • Perform administrative tracking and reporting
  • Track and manage aging work orders
  • Sort and track incoming mail
  • Monitor and track violations
  • Review and approve vendor proposals
  • Analyze data and prepare recurring reports
  • Assist in managing General Carpentry trade operations for CVS Retail Stores


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Trade, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work or trade school experience
  • 2+ years of experience recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • 2+ years of property vendor or program management experience
  • 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting vendor business reviews
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
