To strengthen our Brand Protection Sales team, we are looking for a
Sales Manager Brand Protection and Document Security
ROLE
As Sales Manager - Brand Protection and Document Security, you will play a key role in expanding this high growth market for SICPA in North America by helping businesses achieve their own goals with proven brand protection, product security and consumer engagement solutions. SICPA is a trusted global partner to market leaders in pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, luxury brands, personal care products and more. As an integral part of the sales organization, this individual will be responsible for building and growing a pipeline of opportunities and closing deals leading to the growth of the North American business.
Leveraging strong existing relationships, as well as establishing new ones, the Sales Manager will engage with companies that have products subject to counterfeiting and fraud, to identify the most applicable solutions for their needs. This role emphasizes the development of new business opportunities with US companies as well as increasing sales to existing clients through the introduction of advanced solutions.
SICPA's solutions address challenges faced by industry in the local and global marketplace, providing multi-layered solutions that cross both physical and digital domains to demonstrate proof of authenticity, origin, responsible sourcing, and compliance. For nearly 100 years SICPA has enabled trust between governments, businesses and individuals by providing a means to confidently authenticate currency, documents and identity credentials. Today, SICPA solutions also include authentication and traceability solutions to ensure governments realize revenues due, product and supply chain security for high value and high-risk products, and digital integrity solutions to protect data, documents and processes.
This role requires an individual who is a passionate technologist with experience and/or knowledge of selling brand protection solutions, both physical and digital. Experience in the print or packaging industries is a plus. Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet SICPA sales goals within the US Markets
  • Establish and build on trusted relationships in North America (focus on U.S.) businesses to help them protect and promote their products and brands
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert for the development and ongoing optimization of market and sales strategies leveraging SICPA's digital and physical brand protection solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and needs, with recommendations on where SICPA should invest its time and resources
  • Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing colleagues on market awareness programs, lead generation, opportunity qualification and solution proposals
  • Work with customers and prospects to understand objectives, workflow, technical requirements, issues and make recommendations for a path forward
  • Stay abreast of related technology advancements and market trends, identifying and tracking potential partners and competitors
  • Coach and mentor colleagues on SICPA's solutions and alternatives in the market
  • Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies and use cases as they continually evolve
  • Understand and convey SICPA's value proposition and solution portfolio aligned to market challenges and specific prospect needs
  • Secure and share market insights and competitive intelligence to help shape SICPA's market and solution strategies
  • Develop and deliver professional customer-focused sales communications, presentations, proposals and other resources in collaboration with other internal resources as appropriate.
