Job Description:

Job Title: Part-Time Brand Ambassador (contracted)
Company: Copperstate Farms
Location: Territory includes West Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, Surprise, and Arcadia
Job Type: Contract | Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)


Position Overview:

Copperstate is seeking a dynamic, reliable, and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our Cannabis brands across multiple locations in the West Valley. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and organized presence in the field.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate - setting up and breaking down on-site activations, promoting our products or services, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory
  • Set up and break down displays, booths, or event materials at each site
  • Represent Copperstate Farms in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner
  • Maintain a punctual schedule and manage time efficiently across daily routes
  • Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams
  • Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as needed

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environment
  • Must have open availability
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work independently
  • An FA (Facility Agent) card is a plus

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position offering 20-30 hours per week
  • Compensation is $25/hour
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be comfortable with a physically active role, involving travel, lifting, and setup tasks
  • Ideal candidates are based in or familiar with the listed territories
