Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, algorithms, and frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for software development and AI/ML engineering.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
