Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Contractor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Contractor with extensive experience in identity management and security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, which is a critical requirement for this role. You will be responsible for implementing and managing identity governance solutions to enhance our cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity governance and administration.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess and improve identity management processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, providing timely responses and remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Sailpoint IdentityIQ functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Proven experience in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security incident response.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other identity management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Experience with cloud security and identity management in cloud environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity management.
- Proven track record of successful Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
