Job description

A Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, designing, testing, and implementing IT system changes, Robotic Process Automations, Artificial Intelligence projects, and process improvements. Activities may include process analysis, system analysis, research of leading practices, issue identification, solution development & recommendation, collaboration with technical teams, test script authoring and execution, end user training, and job aid management.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of supply chain process improvement or automation.
  • 4+ Years working with Supply Chain & Logistics Processes (Demand Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Part data management, Requisitioning, Warehouse management)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • 4+ years Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation experience
  • 2+ years robotic process automation (RPA) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation experience
  • 2+ years project management experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (excel or SQL)
  • Experience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP) & BI Tools (i.e. PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (Demand forecasting, Procurement)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)
