The Work You'll Do
As an Anaplan Consulting Senior Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • You will lead end-to-end EPM engagements with Anaplan and other platforms, from strategy and roadmap through design, build, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
  • You will manage executive stakeholder relationships, facilitate decision-making, and provide status, risk, and value realization updates to client sponsors.
  • You will oversee multi-workstream delivery, including requirements, functional/process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and post-go-live support procedures.
  • You will drive business development by shaping opportunities, leading pursuit teams, developing proposals, and contributing to pricing strategies.
  • You will develop, coach, and staff high-performing teams; provide performance feedback; and support talent recruitment and retention.
  • You will establish delivery standards, troubleshoot complex solution issues, and coordinate across integrations, data, UX, APIs, and custom development.

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

We focus on transforming finance functions into dynamic capabilities, leveraging best-in-class solutions across finance and analytics, planning, FP&A as-a-service, finance technology strategy, and ERP-enabled finance transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of hands-on EPM implementation experience with one or more: Anaplan, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream
  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience in finance systems or finance transformation
  • 4+ years of experience leading multi-workstream teams and managing project delivery and change initiatives
  • Experience owning project or program budgets, including estimating, tracking, and variance management
  • Record of progressive responsibility, including client-facing leadership and delivery ownership
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 2+ full lifecycle Anaplan implementations (from use-case design through deployment and hypercare)
  • Experience integrating EPM solutions with ERP/data platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica)
  • One or more certifications: Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder or higher; OneStream or Oracle EPM certifications
  • 5+ years overseeing testing strategy, training development/delivery, and cutover/hypercare for EPM programs
  • Documented business development contributions (e.g., proposals, orals, solution proof-of-concepts) and account growth
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance/Information Systems) or CPA

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,700 to $278,000.
