Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role extends beyond day-to-day project oversight and includes mentoring project teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals related to quality, safety, efficiency, and profitability.
The Senior Project Manager serves as a leader within the project management group, overseeing high-value or high-visibility projects while supporting the development of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. This position requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution
Oversee the full project lifecycle on multiple large-scale or complex projects
Develop and manage project schedules, execution plans, and resource strategies in collaboration with internal and field teams
Provide direct leadership, oversight, and mentorship to project management staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, and change management processes
