A Tier 4 Public Trust is a high-risk federal background investigation for sensitive roles, and the scope of the background check is more intensive than lower tiers.
Position Description:
Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the U.S. Secret Service, James J. Rowley Training Center, Facility Engineering Technical Support. Responsible for managing design and construction efforts, building management, space planning, and campus maintenance. Facility Engineering requires support for effective operations. provide all personnel necessary to provide a range of analytical and planning, design, and construction management support services to assist the JJRTC Facility Engineering Branch in the accomplishment of its missions. Designated site lead for the project team. Primary contact with the Government. ls a leader of a construction project. This individual is responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site. Limited supervision and general direction, independently applies advanced techniques to complex assignments. Viewed as a fully competent, experienced professional.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of construction-related activities for contracts.
  • Support COR by performing all project management tasks.
  • Provide the day-to-day project management for construction and service projects.
  • Tasks include coordination with customers, schedule review, and design review.
  • Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field.
  • Review contractor submittals for contract conformance.
  • Aid the contracting officer and COR throughout the acquisition phases of the project to include answering offerors questions; attending/participating in site orientation visits; attending/participating in joint contractor/government meetings.
  • Draft technical responses to any change orders. Prepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modifications.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 20 years' project management work experience on commercial or Government construction projects.
  • Project management experience on projects over $50M

Education
  • Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer PMP or other project management certification

Work Location:
Offices are located at JJRTC; however, projects may be located at the locations below. Contractors are expected to report to the office everyday unless the campus is closed. Travel may be required in between locations.
