Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across a dynamic and evolving organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, bringing structure where needed while remaining highly flexible and pragmatic in approach. Rather than building a formal PMO, you will play a key role in aligning and coordinating efforts across multiple project managers and business function. You will lead strategic initiatives, while fostering collaboration, driving accountability, and enabling teams to deliver results in a changing environment. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence how work gets done across the organization, support continued growth, and create meaningful business impact.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

•    Lead large-scope, enterprise-level projects, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities, timelines, and budgets
•    Collaborate with functional project managers and leaders to coordinate efforts, remove roadblocks and drive executions 
•    Bring a flexible. fit-for-purpose approach to project management by adapting tools, frameworks, and processes based on project and team needs 
•    Support prioritization across competing initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment 
•    Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes 
•    Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making
•    Drive adoption of practical best practices that effect team effectiveness 
•    Present project and program updates and insights to senior leadership
