  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administrationand a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.
  • Soft Skills: Good problem‑solving and Communication Skills.
  • Shift: 1st Shift and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Project Planning & Scheduling (WBS, critical path, milestones, dependencies)
    • Risk & Issue Management (risk registers, mitigation plans, escalation)
    • Cost & Scope Control (budget tracking, change control, earned value basics)
    • Agile/Hybrid Methodologies, Data & Reporting Tools, & Resource Optimization
